When it comes to the coast, there will be a reason if you almost instinctively think about the Sorrentina coast and Amalfi coast. Defined as the most beautiful coast in the world, and riding our bikes you can follow it and enjoy it as you've never done before! A tour that will show you the wonders of the Sorrentina coast and Amalfi Coast. Among mountain landscapes, breathtaking views and tasting of typical products, pedaling peacefully, you will savor the history of a unique coastline in the world.
Day 1:
Once arrived in Naples, you'll enjoy a guided tour of this fascinating city in the afternoon (starts at 3:00 p.m.).Dinner and overnight in Naples.
Hystorical Centre: It is one of the most important sites in Europe, whose contemporary urban fabric preserves the elements of its long and eventful history. Its location in the Gulf of Naples gives it a universal value that had a deep influence in many parts of Europe and beyond.
Day 2:
We'll take you in Vietri sul Mare, where we'll start the ride.
We'll ride through the small village of Vietri sul Mare, famous for its colorful table ceramics.
Passing through the villages of Cetara, Maiori and Minori, we will reach Ravello to visit the cathedral dedicated to San Pantaleone. Along the way, we'll enjoy the view of the Gulf of Salerno and the Cilento mountains, and meet wonders as Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo, whose architecture has been a source of inspiration for Wagner.
We'll stop in the charming Amalfi for lunch and visit the ancient city. Then start again to reach Positano, the most significant and spectacular of the coastal countries. Afterwards, we go up towards Sorrento, passing through the hills of San Pietro, a ridge that separates the Amalfi Coast from the rest of the Sorrento Peninsula.

Vietri sul Mare is historically identified with the ancient Marcina, before Etruscan - Samnite and then Roman coastal settlement. The precise origin of Marcina is not yet fully defined, although the most common hypothesis tells that its supposed location is Marina di Vietri, . The printed publication of the voice Marcina begins in the fifteenth century, when Europe began to spread early editions of letterpress Strabo Geography; the spread of the current word among historians and journalism came with the geographer Filippo Cluverio, who in 1642 wrote: "Marcinae oppidum illud est, quonunc vulgo dicitur Veteri".
Villa Cimbrone: in Ravello, a town in the province of Salerno, is a historic building built on a rocky promontory overlooking the Amalfi Coast and largely occupied by an extensive park decorated with statues, various antiques, fountains, caves and culminating in a belvedere showing, especially the famous Terrace of Infinity, stunning scenery of the Gulf of Salerno and the coastal resorts nearby.
Day 3:
Today we will visit the Sorrentine Peninsula one of the most famous holiday resorts in Italy with its splendid coasts dropping to the sea and for its luxuriant vegetation.
Together with yout English speaking bike guide we will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the top of the hill of the Sorrento Peninsula.
Here we will start a mountain bike trip of continuous descent between breathtaking views that dominate the sea of the gulf of Naples and the gulf of Salerno and towards the very end of the peninsula: Punta Campanella.
You will go biking among lemon and olive groves along mule-tracks and pathways, through chestnut and oak woods, far away from the main roads, noise and large urban centers.
You will have the opportunity to visit ancient hamlets rich with numerous country houses built centuries ago in the various districts. Lunch at a local farm where the taste of authentic food. The tour ends in Sorrento area and return to your hotel.
The Sorrento Peninsula is a peninsula jutting out into the Italian Tyrrhenian Sea and one of the main tourist destinations of Campania. On the side overlooking the Bay of Naples is the Sorrento coast, while the side facing the Gulf of Salerno as the Amalfi Coast.
